Pandey

Pradip Kumar Pandey is an engineering and management professional with over 35+ years of leadership experience with proven record of creating and sustaining global business for large multi-national companies in India and abroad.

Currently he is working as strategic advisor to Belcan India, an USA based Multi-National Company.

He is also serving as Secretary of the Combustion Institute-Indian Section (CIIS) headquartered at IIT Madras and Professor of Practice at Graphic Era (Deemed to be) University Dehradun and mentor for many startups in association with many Indian Companies.

Prior to his retirement in December 2021, he worked for 10+ years as Director-Global Engineering at Collins Aerospace (A Raytheon Technologies Company, USA), 12+ years as Vice President for Aerospace Vertical at Cyient Hyderabad and 14+ years as Scientist in Gas Turbine Research Establishment (Defence R & D Organization) Bangalore.

He has been industry speakers at various forums like NASSCOM, CII, IITs, Petroleum federation of India, Asia Pacific Conferences on Combustion at Taiwan and Japan. He was the organizing secretary of the Asia Pacific Conference on Combustion conducted for the first time in India in December 2010.

Pradip holds Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from BITS (Ranchi University), Master of Technology in Mechanical Engineering (Specialised in Combustion and propulsion) from Indian Institute of Technology Madras, Fellowship in Gas Turbine from Defence Institute of Advance Technology, Pune, Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management Kolkata and numerous management and leadership trainings in India and abroad.

He enjoys traveling, creating YouTube Videos on management lessons and wildlife.
